The Care Quality Commission (CQC) requires care providers to have a formal system to assess staff competence. This workshop will provide you with the knowledge, materials and skills to achieve this. Pre-learning: We strongly encourage attendees to have already completed our Practical Competencies in Medicines Administration (PCMA®) full-day course within the previous 2 years (this course runs the day before).
