Foundation Practical Workshop: Shared Lives, Foster Carers and Personal Assistants

Course Overview

This version of our Foundation Practical Workshop is specific for carers who provide medicines support to a person in their own home: shared lives carers, foster carers or personal assistants.


10am – 3pm


All learners receive a copy of our “Support the Use of Medication in Social Care Settings (edition 3 – community version)” workbook, a 116-page full colour course manual plus an on-line assessment. It is suited to those working in the community (e.g. home care support workers, personal assistants etc).
