How to get here
By Train:
Shoreham-by-Sea station is a 10 minute walk away with a frequent direct service from London Victoria, London Bridge, Brighton and Worthing.
By Bus:
The nearest stop is a 2 minute walk away on the High Street. Take Brighton & Hove Bus Company’s no. 2 or the 700 Coastliner.
By Car:
Free all-day parking is available just over the Norfolk Bridge in the Adur Recreation Ground (a 5 min walk). There are also two disabled parking bays outside the centre in Little High Street.

When you arrive:
The training room is up one flight of stairs (the door to the left of the lifts). Help yourself to complimentary hot drinks.
Refreshments:
We provide complimentary hot drinks and snacks at break times and lunch.
