What if someone clicks on the voucher link and they are already enrolled on the course, will this reduce my voucher balance?

No. If you are enrolled on a course and try to use a voucher link for that course you will be given an error message to say that ‘you’ve already redeemed this voucher’ or ‘you are already enrolled’. This will not use up any more vouchers.
