This face-to-face workshop teaches how to manage and treat a person during a seizure using a vagal nerve stimulator. The course is delivered by an experienced pharmacist or nurse.

The theory aspect is taught using video content, case studies, discussion, and there is also a comprehensive workbook which is provided on the day.

The workbook provided also teaches epilepsy awareness (as required by the Epilepsy Nurse’s Association Guidelines).
